Procurement is not the hard part
Anyone can order a laptop. The cost is in what happens around it: the day someone spends imaging it, the licence nobody assigned, the machine that quietly left the building with a staff member and still has the company's data on it.
We handle the lifecycle.
The lifecycle
Specify. What the role actually needs. Not the cheapest, which will be replaced in eighteen months; not the flagship, which is a status purchase.
Source. Across the major vendors, with our margin visible to you.
Configure. The device arrives with the disk encrypted, the endpoint agent enrolled, the standard software installed and the user's accounts ready. It gets unboxed and used.
Track. One asset register, kept current, with warranty end-dates. So the replacement cycle is a budget line you plan, not an emergency you fund.
Retire. Wiped to standard, certificate issued, residual value returned to you.
The unglamorous bit that matters
Offboarding. When someone leaves, the device comes back, the accounts close, the licences free up. It is the most commonly skipped step in New Zealand small business and it is the one that shows up in a breach report.
