What it is
The group's applied-AI company. Mindseye builds the systems that read documents, triage support queues, search internal knowledge, and automate the language-shaped work that used to eat a person's week.
The position we take
Most AI projects fail for the same two reasons: they are pointed at work where a wrong answer is expensive and nobody is checking, or they are never measured, so nobody notices that the demo was better than the product.
Mindseye starts from the opposite end. Find the work that is high-volume, repetitive and tolerant of a human review step. Build an evaluation set of real examples with known right answers. Measure. Ship only if the number holds.
What it builds
Document extraction with confidence scores and a human queue for anything uncertain. Ticket and email triage with drafted replies a person approves. Retrieval over your own documents that cites its source and says "I don't know" when it should. Integration into the systems you already run, so it is not a separate tab nobody opens.
The thing that makes it useful
Mindseye sits inside a group that also runs the infrastructure and writes the software. So an AI feature does not arrive as a bolted-on API call — it lands inside a system that is monitored, logged, backed up and supported like everything else.
