Who we are
Inframind LTD ("Inframind", "we", "us") is a New Zealand company. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
What we collect
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you're interested in, your budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Server logs. Our web server records the IP address, user agent, and requested URL of each request. These are kept for a short period for security and debugging.
- Nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or social pixels on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage, never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to quote and deliver work for you. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for it.
Who else sees it
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through our transactional email provider. Our website is hosted on infrastructure we operate ourselves. We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while there is an active conversation or engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Server logs are rotated regularly.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 20 working days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is transmitted encrypted and access to it is limited to the people at Inframind who need it to respond to you.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, contact us first at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
