Cloud & DevOps

Cloud migrations, CI/CD pipelines and platform engineering — so shipping is boring, infrastructure is code, and your cloud bill stops climbing on its own.

Make deployment boring

The goal of every engagement is the same: a developer merges to main, and the change is live, and nobody's heart rate changed. Everything else — the pipelines, the Terraform, the environments, the observability — exists to serve that.

Where we usually start

The audit. What runs where, what it costs, what breaks when it fails, and what nobody has touched in two years because they are scared of it.

The pipeline. Automated build, test and deploy. Rollback that takes one click, so shipping stops being a decision that needs a meeting.

The infrastructure. Defined in Terraform, reviewed like code, reproducible in a new region on a bad day.

The bill. Almost every cloud account we open has 20–40% waste sitting in plain sight. We find it, and the savings usually cover the engagement.

What we will talk you out of

Kubernetes you don't need. A service mesh on four services. A multi-cloud strategy for a business with one region of customers. Microservices for a team of three. Complexity has an operational salary attached to it, and it is paid every month forever — we would rather you spend that money on your actual product.

Frequently asked

Do we need Kubernetes?

Probably not. Most teams asking for it would be better served by a managed container service or plain virtual machines, and would save a full-time salary in operational overhead. We will tell you when it is genuinely the right answer, and when it isn't.

How risky is a cloud migration?

It is risky when it is a big-bang cutover with no way back. We migrate in stages, keep the old path warm until the new one has proven itself, and write the rollback plan before the migration plan.

Can you cut our cloud bill?

Usually. Idle instances, over-provisioned databases, forgotten environments, snapshots from 2021, and egress you are paying for by accident. A review typically pays for itself within the first month.

Will our developers be locked out of their own infrastructure?

The opposite. Everything is in Terraform in your repository, and the pipeline is readable. If we vanish tomorrow, your team can still deploy.
