SOFTWARE

Kiwistack

Kiwistack is the Inframind group's product studio — where we build and launch our own software, rather than only building other people's.

What it is

A product studio inside the group. Kiwistack builds and operates our own software — SaaS tools, internal platforms, and the occasional startup we back and staff ourselves.

Why it exists

Consultancies decay. They get very good at billing hours and slowly forget what it is like to own a product for five years — to carry the support load, pay the hosting bill, and live with the architecture decision someone made in a hurry in year one.

Running our own products keeps us honest. Every shortcut we might be tempted to take on a client project, we have already paid for on one of our own.

What it means for clients

The team that builds your software is the team that has shipped, operated, and been on call for its own. That shows up in unglamorous places: in how the deployment works, in how errors are logged, in whether there is a runbook.

Working with Kiwistack

Product work — where the requirement is "we think there is a business here" rather than a written spec — usually runs through Kiwistack rather than the standard delivery process. Discovery, prototype, a small real launch, then a decision made on evidence.

Let's scope your project.

Tell us what you're building and we'll come back within one business day with next steps or a quote.
